We assessed the condition of the historic fabric across the estate and set out the repair priorities and liabilities a buyer needed to understand before committing to a property of this scale and age.

Restoring a landmark London hospital façade
Advised on the external refurbishment and restoration of the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery in Queen Square, one of London's most significant Victorian institutional buildings. The work balanced careful conservation of the historic brick and stone elevations with the practical demands of a live, working hospital.
