Designed around the building, not the product.
We start with the property: how it is built, where cables can run, where power is available, where cameras can be fixed without damage and what consents may apply. From that survey we design and specify a UniFi system, arrange installation through our network of certified installation partners and manage the work through to handover.

What we cover
One platform for cameras, doors and the network.
CCTV with UniFi Protect
Cameras placed to cover entrances, drives, gardens and shared areas, viewed from your phone. Footage is recorded on a console in the building, so there is no compulsory cloud subscription.
Door entry and access with UniFi Access
Video intercoms and readers that open doors and gates by card, fob or phone. In residential blocks, access for a resident or contractor can be added or removed without changing locks.
Networks and Wi-Fi
A UniFi gateway, switches and wireless access points to carry it all, with cameras powered over the same network cable. In larger houses and blocks, this also gives reliable Wi-Fi throughout.

Building questions that shape the design.
Listed buildings and conservation areas
Fixings, cable runs and equipment on a listed building can need listed building consent. We plan camera positions and routes to limit the impact on historic fabric and advise where consent is likely to be needed.
Leasehold blocks
Works to common parts depend on the lease, and where any leaseholder's contribution to qualifying works will exceed £250, the landlord must consult under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. We can manage that process alongside the installation.
Fire safety
Access control on doors that form part of an escape route has to release safely. We design door entry with the building's fire risk assessment in mind and coordinate with whoever is responsible for it.
Privacy
Cameras that cover a street, a neighbour's property or shared areas bring data protection responsibilities. We position cameras to cover what you need and point you to the Information Commissioner's Office guidance on your obligations.
